Over the last few years we have collaborated with 15, small-scale NGOs in India and raised around USD 65,000 benefitting education, special needs children education, raising menstrual health awareness for a girl child, creating sexual violence awareness and other pressing issues in India.

Sri Arunodayam Trust
This fundrasier by Kaladhanam is to sponsor the installation of a solar photovoltaic system at Sri Arunodayam kitchen. The implementation of a solar power solution can significantly enhance the sustainability and cost-effectiveness of the organization's operations.
Sri Arunodayam prepares delicious meals for the children thrice a day and also offers snacks in the evening in hygienic conditions.

Thulir Charitable Trust
With our association with Thulir Turst, we are hoping to contribute to their great efforts of running a school in a secluded remote village for the adhivasi tribal kids. The funds raised through this campaign will be used to support the school in their day to day activities and invest in infrastructural updates for the school.

Suyam Charitable Trust
Siragu Montessori School (under Suyam Charitable Trust) was established in 2003 to give FREE EDUCATION to the most underprivileged Children. It started with 34 kids and now has over 500 students. . The children primarily come from begging community, street children, bonded laborers, from single parent families and disadvantaged communities. The school accommodates 125 residential children.
Books, Transport, Uniform, Food , everything is given free so that the children get education, who are the first generation learners.
Attention is given not only to the children, but also to their families and their community so that the growth is holistic.
Kalaadhanam is supporting the trusts efforts to raise funds for running the school and enabling them to buy notebooks, food, uniform, school bags etc.

Save the Child
Save the Child Foundation supports organizations that mainly work in the villages of India and strive for the welfare of special needs children. Save the Child Foundation's strength is in its volunteers, donors, event sponsors, Facebook fans and partners.
After 8 years or nurturing more than 80 special children , the children of the Care and Love Home are on the verge of eviction.
This campaign raised funds to mobilize and move the children to a temporary home before we find a permanent habitat for children.
The Government doesn't have a plan to accommodate such children, the communities in which we live will not lease their homes to children with needs and we cant afford to build a home quite yet.

Tranquil Charitable Foundation
Over the past years, TCF has partnered with the Gubbalala Higher Primary School (GHPS – Bangalore South) in various ways including infrastructure support (water supply, bathroom facilities, additional lighting, etc.), student support (uniforms, stationery, medical checkups, etc.), teaching & academic support (additional teacher-aides hiring & funding, sponsorship for participation in external exams, etc.) including direct academic intervention through volunteers from our apartment complex. In recent years, they have expanded our partnership to include support for all the alumni of GHPS in pursuit of their academic desires in high school and beyond. Kalaadhaanam's partnership helped rebuild the school post the Covid pandemic.

Doctors For You
During early 2020 India was facing one of its first deadly wave of the Covid pandemic and it was imperative that we supported urgent Covid relief work in the country during such difficult times!
With this in mind, Kalaadhaanam decided to support 'Doctors for You' who were doing some incredible work in the country during such dofficult times!
Established in 2007, ‘Doctors for You’ (DFY) is the largest network of Doctors, Medical Students and Concerned citizens, having a vision to cater “Health-care for Everyone”.
The vision of DFY is to provide affordable & quality medical relief, sustainable & robust healthcare services, capacity building & risk reduction activities in crisis or otherwise.

Parivartan
Parivartan was born when 4 change makers from India's premier management institute IIMB decided to get together to eliminate sexual violence in the country. Their long term vision is for every child in India to be empowered and educated to protect themselves and others from abuse and to grow up to be adults that stand up for gender equality, mutual respect and rejection of violence. Kalaadhaanam's contribution for this project made a significant difference in Parivartan's outreach efforts for an extremely important cause.

Rishi Valmiki Eco School
Rishi Valmiki Eco School was founded in 2010 under the aegis of Dnyansadhana Education Society (DES) that manages Marathi medium school based at Manori in Malad for the economically weaker children coming mostly from the fishermen community residing in that area since 1990. Rishi Valmiki Eco School is an English medium school nestled amidst Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s school at Goregaon West following Maharashtra State Board Syllabus.
With Kalaadhaanam's support the school could successfully complete their first term during the tough Covid pandemic times.

With our association with with Save the child, we managed to raise over USD 2K to benefit the children from ZPH Appanaveedu (110) and girls from Care and Share India home (100 +) and Girls from REACH home(80) to supply sanitary pads (PARI PADS) for 12 months.

Vanavil Trust
Vanavil is an alternative residential school working closely with two of the most marginalized communities in Tamil Nadu. Boom Boom Mattukarars and Narikuravars are ancient nomadic tribes who have been forced to make a living through begging and selling minor wares. Vanavil was started in 2005 in the aftermath of the Tsunami by a handful of youngsters and has grown with the help of individual donors and foundations who are committed to the cause of education of marginalized and underprivileged children.
